The new Administration Center for Vietri, the city which consider as the oldest capital of Vietnam. Inspired by the 3 rivers that intertwines in this city, and the mountain with the temple of the ancient king, the building reinterpret this idea with 3 low rise building and 1 highrise that flow and connected together. View toward the lake is emphasized with glazing and terraces that integrated the existing building.
